Important Customs Rules

✅ Transfer of Residence (ToR) Application

As of January 1, 2017, owners of goods must apply online for a Transfer of Residence (ToR) before packing their shipment.
Once approved, UK Customs will issue a Unique Reference Number (URN), which replaces the previous C3 Form (no longer accepted after March 31, 2017).
Application must be completed before the shipment is packed and shipped.
The ToR application link can be found in UK government consignment instructions or contact your destination agent for assistance.

✅ Customs Clearance Requirements

All required documents must be submitted before the shipment arrives in the UK.
Agents may charge fees for incomplete or delayed documentation.
